Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 August 2026
This policy describes what data the dashrally.com website collects, why we process it and what your rights are. DashRally is currently under construction — this website only announces the platform and collects submissions from interested people.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the data submitted through this website is the operator of the DashRally service. The platform is built on the QuestKraft game engine. For any personal-data matters, write to the address listed in the “Contact and changes” section.
2. What data we collect
- E-mail address — if you sign up for the launch notification or provide it with a city suggestion.
- Contact-form data — name or company name, e-mail address and the message content.
- Suggested country and city — if you submit a suggestion in the “Where do you want to play?” section.
- A hash of your IP address — a one-way encrypted identifier used solely to protect the forms against spam. We do not store raw IP addresses.
- Language cookie — one functional cookie remembering your chosen language (PL/EN) and a session cookie protecting the forms.
3. Why we process this data
- To send you a one-time notification about the platform launch (legal basis: your consent).
- To reply to your message from the contact form (legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to entering into a contract).
- To learn which cities have the highest interest and plan the launch there (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- To protect the forms against abuse and spam (legal basis: legitimate interest).
4. Who we share data with
- The hosting provider that runs the website server and database.
- Cloudflare — our DNS provider, which also protects the site against attacks (DDoS, bots) and serves as a CDN for site traffic. Cloudflare processes your browser's IP address as part of providing these services.
- The country and city catalogue is fetched from the public countriesnow.space service — your browser only sends a request for the list (none of your personal data).
- Public authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
5. How long we keep the data
E-mail addresses collected for the launch notification are kept until the notification is sent or the consent is withdrawn. Contact-form messages — for as long as needed to resolve the matter. City suggestions — until we decide on the platform's expansion plans.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You can withdraw consent at any time — a single message is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies: one remembering the chosen language and a session cookie protecting the forms against abuse. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
8. Children
The website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, write to us — we will delete it.
9. Contact and changes
For privacy matters, write to: [email protected]. If we change this policy (for example when the platform launches and starts collecting other data), we will publish the new version on this page along with the update date.
